The basic COSA package includes all engineering services to get your Municipality of Anchorage COSA approval, Including:
- Well flow and septic adequacy testing
- Online document search
- Water samples
- Preparation of COSA paperwork
- Coordination with MOA staff to approve COSA
Not Included:
- Septic Tank Pumping
- As-built Survey
- MOA approval fees
In the event of a failed adequacy test, you will receive a 50% refund. We offer design services to replace the failed septic system.
